The short run of electric vehicles and the difference in power are related to the performance and quality of the motor. Although the current technology of electric vehicles in China is becoming mature, due to cost reasons, the difference in the materials used in the motor factories causes the motor performance to be different. Compare the advantages and disadvantages of motors with a table.
The motor of an electric vehicle, as one of the core components, has a direct impact on the performance of the vehicle. There are obvious differences between general motors and motors, and the difference in material costs is also huge.
A. General motor:
1. Magnetic steel material: low coercivity, easy to lose magnetism at high temperature;
2.Iron core material: large power loss, the motor is easy to heat, the riding mileage is short, and the motor is burned out;
3. Motor winding: the slot full rate is low, the motor is easy to heat and lose power;
4. Magnetic ring: high carbon content, which affects the performance of magnetic steel and causes serious demagnetization;
5.Rim material: Looking back at renewable aluminum, it is easy to break and has hidden dangers;
6. Motor Hall: Inferior Hall, causing damage and affecting motor performance;
7. Motor end cover: the waterproof performance is not in place, and the motor will enter water when riding in rain;
8. Motor bearings: ordinary bearings in the market, easy to fall apart and not waterproof;
9.Enameled wire: ordinary copper wire or even aluminum wire, the wire diameter is uneven, and the insulation level is low;
10. Motor shaft: Incomplete material handling control, too high hardness and brittle and easy to break, too low hardness and soft and easy to bend.
B. Motor:
1. Magnetic steel material: good thermal stability, no loss of magnetism at high temperature, strong magnetic force and large magnetic flux;
2.Iron core material: low power loss, low no-load current, not easy to generate heat, and high motor efficiency;
3. Motor winding: the coil is tightly wound and flat, the slot full rate is high, the performance is stable, and the cutting magnetic force line torque is large;
4. Magnetic ring: strictly control the carbon content to ensure that the magnetic steel demagnetization is not affected;
5.Rim material: standard die-cast aluminum, the magnetic ring and the rim will not fall off, causing hidden dangers;
6. Motor Hall: Hall is installed with a small board protection circuit, which effectively protects the Hall performance and stability;
7. Motor end cover: high sensitivity, stable contact, protect the electrical system of the whole vehicle;
8. Motor bearing: select high load bearing pressure bearing, high wear resistance, not falling apart, and good sealing;
9.Enameled wire: standard copper wire, uniform resistance, good conductor, high temperature insulating paint treatment;
10. Motor shaft: perfect heat treatment process, moderate hardness, not easy to break or bend.
Of course, the quality of the motor always depends on the performance. The above things are the basic hardware configuration. The workmanship is also an important factor in the quality of the motor, so it can also be identified from the workmanship.
